My Fitness Log

Had highblood pressure last year, so I started beeing in shape and doing cardio related stuffs like running, biking, hiking and stuffs. I hope to record all my progress in this Log so that I can track my fitness and see my progres throughout the years, but for now I will only put running sessions.
